Since criminal cases pending, you need to see to it that the same is disposed of as early as possible and that you are acquitted from the said case. Secondly if the employer allows you can give an undertaking cum indemnity stating that you will indemnify the employer you can issue the same.

you can go to the high court for quashing of the FIR and get it quashed and can get rid of the whole case also if the FIR gets quashed then there will be no criminal record left in your name and you will abe easily able to get the job and proceed
