Criminal Case Need Legal Advice

Dear Sir, My younger brother is 21 years old.he had affair with 17 year old girl. Last week they met in hotel and had physical relation with mutual understanding.Now girl had lodge a FIR against him and police arrested him. Our whole famiy in deep sorrow. We are unable to understand becoz she is minor girl. Does my brother can get bail or not. What are the ipc section can imposed on him.how to come out from this problem. Pls help sir.thanks

as you have mentioned that your brother had an AFAIR with a minor girl and against your brother that minor girl case has been registered which would have been register in posco and rape send me you a copy of the fir i can read it and give you more appropriate advice

When the age of girl is below 18 years then your brother has committed the offence punishable under 376 IPC along with under posco act. you can tried to get the case diary of the case with the help of any professional criminal defense lawyer .you can get all the materials and evidence collected by the police .
