In this regard, i advice you to file a criminal revision before the Ld. Sessions Court of competent jurisdiction thereby impugning the said order of dismissal of your petition under Section 156 (3) of CrPC, 1973. In regard to the idea of filling a writ, it is submitted that the writ jurisdiction is something which is preferred only when there is vilation of some fundamental right.
