CRIMINA writ after 156-3 dismissal

156-3 dismissed but 200 CRPC going on. Can i file writ criminal after 156-3 dismissal or advise

Hi yes u can file it what are the case and all which court is it going in what did the judge tell u how old is the matter and all what did he say while dismissing the matter and all yes u can file it wiht the order which is been there against u

In this regard, i advice you to file a criminal revision before the Ld. Sessions Court of competent jurisdiction thereby impugning the said order of dismissal of your petition under Section 156 (3) of CrPC, 1973. In regard to the idea of filling a writ, it is submitted that the writ jurisdiction is something which is preferred only when there is vilation of some fundamental right. yes you can file a writ but it's better you go for the revision as high court doesn't entertain such kinds of writ much. If you can provide me the facts of your case then I can help you in the best possible manner. with regards Shasha Jain, Adv.
