one of my rented house owner son was taken money from credit card without my permission and actually he has money swipe card machine of his business purpose and already for 7 months over this matter but still not returned my money rupees of 50000/-and now he is giving fake promises to me.But i have lot of my family problems though of this i have taken the credit money from friend and cleared this credit card amount

you better file a complaint before jurisdiction police, so that they will initiate action against him, he may come for an amicable settlement otherwise the fake promises kill your time and they may escape from paying so don't give chance to bruise to cure.

Dear Sir,
You may tackle this problem by approaching the concerned police. Preferably Cyber Police. If you can establish a fraud then a case can be booked by police otherwise you may approach Court of Magistrate by filing private complaint but it will be costlier for you. Please bring pressure on him and try to recover the amount.
