Cousin friend used my car to go to a mosque and when theft happened my

One of my cousin friend used my car to watch a mosque and next day he did a theft in mosque. He gt caught ..as my car is involved my car also got caught .how can I release my car .please advise

If you are the registered owner you can file a 451 petition before the magistrate court along with the details. To give a proper advice you need to provide FIR and other facts of the case along with the RC book and other papers of the concerned vehicle.

We can release the car by making application to the court. Since he used the car for theft it is included in the crime. But since you are innocent in it, there is no much hurdles in releasing the vehicle
