court records of quashed FIR from decade ago

Hello, an FIR was quashed in Delhi High Court about a decade ago. How should I get copies of those records? Is there an online website? Should I email the High Court directly? I need to see submissions from both parties of the dispute, along with the final decision by judge

The parties to the case or the then Advocates can apply for a Certified Copy of the records. High Court usually have a records since its a Court of record. Any third party to the case might not be able to extract the same.

First of all please clear whether you are a party to that FIR or not. If yes , then an application for a certified copy of the required documents can be filed . If not a party then contact an advocate, he will guide you how you can get a copy.

You need to apply for the certified copy of the order sheet alongwith the petition filed, if wants to peruse the submissions in detail. However the order can also be procured from the delhi high court website if the case number is provided. For any further information, feel free to contact Thanks

For the quashing orders you need to approach the court and apply for the certified copy of the same. It need not be forwarded by the judge and can directly be submitted in the concerned record room of the court where your case was pending. You need to take out the whole judicial file for that.
