Court order to release amount from fraudster account

26-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
i am a victim of cyber fraud. The fraudsters impersonated as FEDX and cybercrime police officials to trick you into sharing your personal and financial details. They then tricked you into transferring Rs. 98,733 to them. FIR with the cybercrime police station is filed in Bangalore. The investigating officer has found out that the fraudsters have transferred the money to a bank account in Yes Bank. The investigating officer can issue a notice to Yes Bank to release the money. I need court order

Dear Sir, The Investigation officer may record the statements of Bank staff and if they are agreeable then the IO may ask to transfer that amount to your account but it rarely happens. If it is not happening and if that amount is seized then you can go ahead and get the same through Court.

you need to file an application for recovery of the amount and no Objection certificate from the police station as his report thereafter the judge will issue the order and that order you need to take it to the yes bank and then you will receive the amount.
