Dear Client
Yes you can file a case in Indian court either through a power of attorney in India or yourself as well. He will be summoned to appear before the High Court. You will also need to appear since the court might refer the case for mediation. Please feel free to contact via email or call to discuss in more detail.

Hi,
Regarding your query.
I understand the intricacies of your matter and without doubt you must be in distress without your daughter. However, rest assured, you have a completely fit case for initiating contempt of court proceedings against your ex-spouse. You can have a Power of Attorney signed in favour of a relative in India and we can also request the Court to conduct proceedings with you being available on Skype.
Do let me know if you'd like further assistance in the matter .
