Conspiracy to blackmail me for divorce

My wife had planted her female friend to lure me and get sexually involved so that she can easily blackmail me to get divorce. I some how had gone through there chat on watts app

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against her on the grounds of cruelty. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Getting sexually involved with someone outside your marriage is no longer a criminal offence and that wouldn’t be any problem for you. But if the lady with whom you entered into sexual relationship decides to give that consensual relationship a criminal angle against you (in conspiracy with your wife ) then that would become a problem. You must report this entire matter to police along with all the evidences before anything wrong happens.

You can file a complaint before the police station and keep it as proof. So there will be evidence in your support to show. Apart from this, the same can be used in court. For more information you can approach the advocae
