Consensual sex leading to forced marriage

i dated a 4 Yr older divorcee scheduled caste woman. In a span of 1.5 years of relationship we had sex 6 times and she got ectopic pregnant and she is under treatment and has not recovered completely. We had consensual sex and I never promised her to marry. Now she has cut her wrist and threatening me to commit suicide if I don’t get married to her. Kindly tell me what will happen if she commit suicide or filed a rape case? How can I save myself from this situation.
