Now both party want to withdraw their case
Is that possible
And how what should they follow processors
The case filed against the forest officer under atrocities act may be quashed through high court under section 482 Crpc. The officer can contest it on the basis of facts of the case. Similarly you too will have to approach high court. It is not possible to withdraw both the cases simply because you both have decided to settle the issue.
