Complanit case under IPC 406 cheating case worth 5 lacs rupees

There is a case pending in CJM Court under category COMPLANT (Parivaad ). The opposite party has been summoned under IPC 406. He never did accepted the summon officially , only when I informed his family members he visited the court and challenged the order under limitation act , which was rejected by the court. He has been summoned thrice from the date of rejection , again he never accepted the summoned and now I am getting only dates from hon' court. How recovery can be made?

Court Apne tarike se kam Karega yadi aapko lagta hai aapko aapka kam jaldi karna hai to aapko iske liye local police ki support leni padegi ya Apne advocate ko bolna padega ki procedure ko fast Karen yadi aapka yah Mamla Noida mein hai to ismein main aapki help kar sakta hun aap mujhe call ya message Karen

this complaint only for punishmwnt of breach of trust not for recovery of your funds. secondly if accused person not come on the court after summoned then you can pray to court for release NBW against accused. after that they sure present in the case.
