Complainant demand money for 376 false case compromise

One lady age 40 false complaint given on me. That's complaint file the FIR with 376(2)n and 506 , 354-c in 2019. But its fake . Also Complainant not have any evidence. Present case situation is Complainant demand 15 laks money. I have call recorders and vedio records when she asking demand money. Present what I do I can't understand. And I got one idea , it's possible approach ACB why because she's demanding money for case compromise

You can file a quash petition in high court high court and the case will be disposed of , approach us we will help you in disposing all your sections 376,506 and 354, contact us we will help u in disposing your case and all sections will be closed

hi if you could say that the case is filed based on all false allegations then you could file quash petition in high court saying that the allegations are false and he coulld deny all such charges as it is based on false evidencr
