Compensation for two Wheeler accident

Hello,
I received compensation notice for the accident which is did 2months ago.
I hit a lady around 40yrs old and FIR hit and run case was registered against me. She was admitted to hospital and had arm fracture. Medical bill was 90000. Now they are claiming 10lakhs for loss of service n permanent disability from me and insurance company.
I dint have license but have RC and insurance doc. Now I can't claim insurance since I dont 'have DL. I am really worried
I am from middle class family and I only earning person, have to take care of my mother and brother. Annual income is 3.5 lakhs and don't have own house.
Please suggest as I'm really worried. Should I have to pay 10lakhs?
