Clarification regarding quashing of FIR

My wife filed FIR against me and my family Sections are 498a, 420, 406, 448, 323, 504, 506, and 34, Now i am worried about my Job and security, She has written all false allegation now My advocate submit the application for bail. Now I am worried what should I do and what is procedure to cancel the FIR.

Sirji after the bail u have to move to high court for the quashing of fir under section 482. In the ground that the alligation which are leveled against u by ur wife are false one no such incidance have beeb occured. Or after the filling of chargesheet of the case u can file an application under section239.
Sirji ask uradvocate or engage a proper advocate for all thouse

To cancel the fir you can go for quashing the FIR in highcourt or you can wait until chargesheet is filed so that you can go for discharge or compounding the matter with the concent of your wife. Else face the trial
