For transfer of investigation, you will need to file a writ in the High Court. In the High Court you will have to bring all the facts on record, deny the statements that have allegedly been recorded by the investigating officer and then argue the case.

Did police filed final report in favour of accused if yes then you need to file protest petition against final report, if investigation is pending then you can file writ for transfer of investigation.

When did the incident happen and when was the final charge sheet or closure report submitted by the police? In case you are not satisfied with the report submitted by the police, you can approach the high Court under Article 226 of the constitution of India with a prayer for investigation by any independent agency.

Sir the position of investigation is not clear from your question. If the chargesheet has been filed, the best way to challenge it is to move a protest petition seting out the defects in the investigation and if the investigation is still continuing, the way to negate the defects in investigation is to move an application for monitoring before the concerned magistrate and to some extent the Hon'ble High court may direct any independent agency i.e. CID to investigate.
