File an FIR Immediately Go to the nearest police station or SP office in Jaunpur and file a complaint. If local police don’t act, file it online or send it by registered post to the SP. You will file the FIR under the following BNS section 316,308,336(2), 69 bns

Immediately lodge police complaint under section 318 of BNSS which is cheating , section 316 of BNSS which is criminal breach of trust and section 351 of BNSS which is criminal intimidation. If the police complaint don’t convert into FIR then move an application to the concerned SHO for lodging. Before that , it’s better to send them legal notice for recovery of money and warning them about the consequences.

I am sorry that this has happened to you now in the present case what you can do is one file an FIR with the police against the delinquent employees. But you can also do is file a complaint with the SP In case the police officer is not writing the FIR. In case that doesn’t work, then you may file a complaint with the magistrate directly. Please let me know in case you need any help at the High Court. Thanks.

Aapke case mein aapke employees ne aapki permission ke bina tractors bechkar paisa transfer nahi kiya, jo ki criminal breach of trust (IPC 406), cheating (IPC 420), aur criminal intimidation (IPC 506) ke offences bante hain. Aap turant apne sabooton ke saath thane me written complaint dein ya FIR darj karayein. Aap IPC ke in sections ke tahat unke khilaf action le sakte hain: – IPC 406: Amanat mein khayanat – IPC 420: Dhoka aur vishwasghat – IPC 506: Jeevan ki dhamki Agar police FIR darj nahi karti to aap CJM court me 156(3) CrPC ke tahat application de sakte hain. Saath hi, paisa vasooli ke liye civil recovery suit bhi file kar sakte hain. Aapke paas agar likhit proof, bank details, transaction messages ya koi agreement hai to wo court me bahut strong evidence banega.
