If he had promised you to marry and had physical relationship with you on that basis, it falls under the category of rape. If he denies marrying you, you can file rape case against the boy and if he threatens to rape and kill you, you can get police protection. contact me for further details

If you are satisfied that he’s not the guy with whom you wish to invest your entire life then you can always file a written complaint against him with the police station of your case and as said by you that you had physical relationship then it’s criminal offence under 376. Or you can send him a legal notice also to let him explain as to why he’s don’t want to marry you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire an advocate & get the complaint drafted via him subsequently to cover all the facts from legal point of view. If you have certain evidences for 2020 etc then it will be much better. However, the question also arises that why do u want to marry a person who according to you is indulge in activity of tape etc ..b in touch

That this is clear case of False promise on the pretext of marriage, a criminal case can be lodged against the accused and also an FIR or the complaint can be lodged in the respective police station citing the series of incidents and entire story in legal way.
