How long does it take for court to verify audio (call) recordings in forensic labs? Months or years? The accused can deny it is not his voice. What should we do in that situation?

hello client as i can see your issue the fsl can take up to 5 to 8 months to give the fsl report . the accused who is been accused do not have right to say yes or no as well as once the fsl report is there then saying yes or no do not matters. in any form.

The main delay in the recording and all is from the side of the forensic department. The court directs to verify it from the FSL as soon as it is presented before it. It may take few months to get the report. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

fsl can take its own time verify the audio clip. You moved before the court through application and asked them to process it as soon as possible. if he denies then you can challenge it's finding the report on merit
