I am a MD doctor and have said different versions in 164 and FIR and I have given fir after 8 months.nI have fabricated the FIR and when medical was done what I told in terms of months of sexual intercourse is different from FIR. I want to take revenge from this guy and want to misuse law. I am a feminist what should I do

As far as the time gap of 8 months is concerned it will not make any difference because in 376 there's always a gap between the date of incidence and its reporting to the police. If there was frequent sexual intercourse then it will come under continuous offence and in that no specific date is required. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
