I was cheated by my Ex boyfriend I already gave a petition in media they said that the proofs are paka and we can put him on jail, so could he get bail after I put him in jail I'm looking for Non-bailable section on which he can't get any possible of getting bail

Hello madam v can file complaint after that fir will lodge by concern police after that he will put in jail by police by serious section after that v have contest the case ...after getting judgement he will in jail permanent

first give complaint in police station and to the women's commission. what is the media you mean. take proper legal action otherwise you will loose the rights to lodge a complaint. complaint should contain the allegations which is a crime in law.
