I got cheated by two men from one particular online job portal by name -Smart Solution.co in based in delhi who claimed themselves for assisting candidates to acquire suitable opening in countries like canada & switzerland in hotel industry and very cleverly managed to swindle about INR 67600/- from me and my another friend INR 57000/- between Dec'2015 & May '2015 and since end of may'15 stopped receiving our calls Inspite of our complaint with the Cyber crime police stn uptill now no respose
You will have to make the police to lodge an FIR and it is for them to investigate the matter otherwise you can approach the concerned sessions court and make a petition to direct the court to file an FIR.

Have you filed a complaint before the SHO ? See if the police is not registering an FIR , you have to approach the court under 156(3) Crpc. Once the the FIR is registered against them then only police machinery will work. Cheating has been committed with you and your friend. You have to raise voice to put those behind bars. Revert me . If police is not acting promptly and sufficiently then you have remedy under section 156(3) of the cod of criminal procedure which allows you to approach the magistrate .... Who can direct the police to register FIR and himself monitor the investigation.
