Maine 5 mahine pahle ek FIR karai thi jisme dhara 308 Hain. Investigating Officer humse 4mahine se jhut bol raha hai hai ki Maine chargesheet CO office bhej di hai .lekin jab main CO office Gaya to pata Chala ki chargesheet abhi tak nahi aayi.Phir main IO ke pass 15 din baad Gaya to phir IO me kaha ki Maine chargesheet CO office bhej di.Phir Mai Gaya CO office magar chargesheet nahi pahunchi.phir Maine IO ke pass phone Kiya to IO kahta hai ki Maine chargesheet 22oct ko hi kaat di thi an ye Thane walon ki galti hai unhone abhi tak nahi bheji.Aise me mujhe Kya karna chahiye
u filed an FIR 5 months before in which section 308 is there. investigation officer since 4 months he is lying that he has made chargesheet but according to you he has not send . now your are facing problem that how get rid of this

Dear client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you should file an application before the concerned criminal court who has jurisdiction over the concerned police station for asking status report of the investigation conducted on your FIR. Secondly you can also file a RTI before Jan Soochana Adhikari of Senior Suprintendent of police office for status of investigation. early investigation ki writ darj kariye isme IO ki galtiyo ko Prakash me laiye... iss writ se High Court charge sheet ka samay set kar degi ya ho sakta hai wo lot writ Dekhke charge sheet dal den.. writ hamse banwane ke lisye chamber me sampark Kareen.
