charge sheet has been replaced in coart with duplicate and scan copy

dear sir by the first party with his advocate replace charge sheet with duplicate signature of SI and judge place an order against us. bur sir we have a copy of orginal Charge sheet submitted by SI in 2013 but coart is not accept this because its not taken by Nakal Sawal even the record is available at related Police station and its match with the copy i have. So sir Please suggest me what i do regarding this matter?........they make fraud with us
Dear Client,
Your original copy of charge sheet signed by S.I. has been replaced by a forged copy of the chargesheet. if so is the case then you should immediately move a petition before the Hon'ble High Court for relief. In case you need any other assistance in the matter do feel free to contact.
