Caught drunk driving in gurgaon

I was caught drunk in gurgaon on april 2023.nIs there a chance of imprisonment even for 1 day? My bac was 105. If awarded imprisonment can i appeal in high court?nIs going to lok adalat an option?nnAlso does this conviction affect mu caeer or visa applications?

no it's a petty offence need not to worry, the maximum the court would fine you for the offence. No issues for your visa application too if you contest the case before court. feel free to talk with me on this issue anytime.

First you have to go through your challan receipt to get the details of your challan and find online whether the matter has been sent to court . If it has been sent to court then it will be a little problem for you otherwise a mere online fine will resolve the matter without any problem.
