Caught Drinking in public place in delhi when will I get court date

i was caught drinking in public place by the cops in delhi 2 yrs back now i want to know when will i get the date of court and in fir the charged me 5000rs fine i am so stressed because i am leaving with my grandparents my mother was expired when i was a child and in 2011 my father faced a accident he got a serious head injury now i take care of my father and my grandparents i am so stressed because if i go to jail who will take care of them i am not habitual of alcohol that day was my birthday plz help me
No need to worry if there will be requirement of your appearance in court you will get the summon from the relevant court. And you have paid the 5000 rs as fine or and found guilty then dont worry you will not go jail in any case.

Please don't be scared. Since you are not a habitual offender it is unlikely that you will be sent to jail. As far as your query about court court date is concerned, i believe it should be mentioned on the fine slip you may have received, if that is not the case please go to the local police station along with the copy of the FIR and inquire about the status with the Investigating officer who is handling your case.
