You may apply the bail before the high court and present Your case. In case there is no incriminating evidence against Your uncle, court can grant bail. Do engage a lawyer and seek legal consultation and get the FIR and chargesheet legally perused

If the bail is rejected by the district court then you can always file it again in the court having your jurisdiction and if possible then you can also approach the High Court for the purpose of bail. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have one job—file for bail in the higher court, pronto. Meanwhile, I demand access to review the FIR. And let me make this abundantly clear: You have absolutely no authority to file a complaint against a police officer. Your attempts to defy this will only exacerbate your situation. So get your priorities straight and act accordingly.

You better go for quashing of FIR on merits in the Hon'ble High Court for being prosecuted without having any involvement in the alleged crime. You may consult me in that regard as it would need a detailed discussion. Good luck!
