Case to be filed under Section 200 Cr Pc, Section 156 Cr Pc

A false case / complaint has been registered against me at Murthal Police Station. I am not at all guilty of the charges framed against me. The details of the ACTS committed by me have not been mentioned.

You can file for quashing of FIR if you have evidence against the registration of false FIR otherwise in parallel you can also file complaint before magistrate under section 156(3) or 200 crpc or for more and clear information you have to tell the whole story and need to give me the FIR detail

Hello Sir You can File A writ petition under the provisions of the indian constitution to quash the criminal proceedings or FIR , to direct police officer to perform their duty lawfully , To stop the trial based on the false FIR. Thank you Regards Advocate Kuber Hooda
