Investigation has been completed by io and case hasbeen filed in saket court. What is the nextcstep or procedure followed by court. Also i am not able to see my court status online on courts website.

If there is Complaint case then IO concerned would firstly investigate the case and submit the report to the court and or in the meantime , you all may be issued summon to appear before SHO- IO, and if this case finds worth to proceed further then in that case court may order to PS- SHO to file FIR and summon notice to you all named accused.
To must get the copy of the complaint or FIR if any from court. You may contact on my given contact number, for further legal advices and discussion and you people have to moving for Anticipatory bail , especially that husband and the main accused. bcz sections are cognizable offence. Also , you will have to file case against her, after having discussion.

as u are asking the stage of ur. case .as the Information given by you is that IO has completed the investigation and the case has been forwarded to the court by the IO . now you have to fight the case and you have defend yourself by the help of your Advocate. in this matter you have to be very careful vikas.

Hi,
initially you need to wait for court notice. You have to get your bail done before the Hon'ble Court as well.
Take the FIR copy alongwith chargesheet and prepare for arguments on charge.
