You have to apply to local talathi in priscribe form for mutatating your name .you have to enclosed certified copy of sale deed with this application.If it is agricultural land then you have to give proof that you being agriculturist purchased this agricultural land /i.e.-your previous 7/12 of other agricultural property
Q: Friend borrowed money now he is Giving Reasons to not return the money
Hello Sir, My Office Friend/Manager, took Rs. 3,50,000 for his personal reasons and was promises to return the money in 4 months. It is clearly mention in email that he was send. I was done the online translation i have its Bank statement. He also provide 7 checks of 50,000 each for the security. 30th-Sept-2017 was first check due, but he call me on 28th not to deposit the check and he will give 70k on 5th. But till date he was not send any amount. Please let me know what should i do?

You can deposit checks in bank. If it is not honoured then you can file complaint against him under section 138 of N I Act. Also you can file summary suit for recovery of amount against him.consult the advocate with papers

We are three sisters and one brother. We lived in Nagpur and my parents bought lands in Nagpur. After getting married we three sisters went our respective husband's house in Hyderabad. My parents passed away few years ago. My brother is trying to sell the land with out our notice and is refusing to give any share to sisters. What can we do.

If your father passed away after 2005 then you have equal share in property.Now you can claim your share by sending notice to your brother and therafter by filing suit.In the said suit your can pray for stay order against brother for not selling property.

Hi My mother in law is not only harassing me but she is harassing my husband also. She talks bad words..m pregnant..n that she don't like. Thats y she is troubling me..we bought a house n my husband paid the entire loan.but one mistake he did the house is bought on mother in laws name...n thats y shes harassing us...even she is giving bad words to me ,my unborn child n my parents...my parents dont even know all this things are happening here. You can file complaint under domestic violence also criminal complaint under sec 498 IPCNow house is in the name of her so you can not deny her right.But your husband can claim 1/2 share in that as he paid entire amount .you need to discuss with advocate along with papers.

Our building is 50 year old G+2 flloor, 15 year back redevelopment was done by eternal pillar and additional 2 floor were built, around 80% of flats have done extension of there home till external pillar in last 10year , now complaint has been launched to BMC by balance 20% of flats to demolish the extended area, can we obtain stay order from the court
