Case is not being heard since February 2021 in Punjab high court

26-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My brother has been in jail for last 14 month under (section of 420 and 66 D IT act, 120B ) fraud of 19900. some co-accused get bail from district court but my brother's bail had rejected in spite of investigation had completed ,charge sheet had produced. we had filed bail application in high court (P & H). But the case has not been heard since February 2021 to till now, without hearing next date was given. what can we do ? we want to hear our case . Do we have any constitutional right or remedies related to hearing of case because we are tired of waiting in the hope of hearing and granting bail .

definitely have a right to speedy trial and getting bail isliye fundamental right of human being in this country nobility is not being heard we can make some sort of submission before the Punjab and Haryana high court and if necessary we can move the and we can know the supreme court as well if you require any further assistance you may call me I have done many such cases like this and it will be my pleasure to help you and your family in this matter

It appears that all of the accused persons except your brother has not been granted bail by the court. Since in your case the chargesheet has already been filed so I suggest you use start from the trial court and in case bed is denied by the trial court go to session and then to High Court and if the other co-accused has been granted bail you can seek bail on the basis of parity . I have dictated the answer there may be some typographical error for further details you may contact our office thank you
