Case is in court but haven't received summons physically delivered.


25-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
"Accused Summons Pending of A2". Does this mean summons were delivered and status is pending or summons are yet to be delivered. Trying to understand if this will lead to issue of arrest warrant. Can u pls help understand this

Summons will be issued in three ways via call or Post or Via watsup ....most of the time they will call u oneday before the court date....so they will send you a legal notice to you most of the time they will give next date by the magistrate to serve ....kindly approach to any advocate he will help u out

hi if the summons is showing as still pending then the summons is not served and in such cases no arrest warrant would be there and warrant would by issued only when you not appear when you get summons
