Case is dragging date by date and no further progress

Respected sir, i am working in tumkur and am from managlore .a fake case failed against me and am very much harassed by the police people and i lost my job . now still that case is going on from since 2013.the opposite party's are strong political background till hearing not ha pend yet .the case is keep on postponing date by date.what should i do for fast procedures? i need to disclose my innocence to the court please help me.

You say the case is fake. It could be true but need to be proved so in the court. Court procedures take time. You must be patient till your turn comes. What are you accused of is not known. Before hearing, evidence has to be completed. You have good chances of disproving charges against you while cross-examining prosecution witnesses. Your advocate should help you. If you still want the process to be faster, you may approach the High Court of Karnataka with a petition for time-bound completion of case.
