Case has been dismissed in 2019, and now I have to declare for my DV.

In 2015,parents of a student allegedly file FIR against me for beating his child brutally. The case continued for nearly 4 years,and in 2019 the case has been dismissed in my favour. Recently in the month of Jan2024,I have been selected for document verification in Eklavya Model Residential School ( under Ministry of Tribal affairs),and in Document verification process,an undertaking regarding this has been asked. Whether there would be any problem related to such incident? Kindly guide me Sir!!

there shouldnt be. if it comes up show the certified copy of the order that you have been discharged and tell that you got into a heated arguement and fight. dont need to worry so much. dont tell anything ubless it comes up.

there will be no issue, best part is ho to court, appoint a legal counsel, give him your case number, ask him to have the information of dispose matter, take it, and if any question is asked then just show that document, thats it, no issue to be tensed.
