Case filled under section 325,341,342 IPC, what action will court take

sir my driver registered case against me on few sec ,325,341,342 .he has fracture on his leg. so i ask u what action court take against me

You will be tried by court. Section 325 is punishable up-to 7 years imprisonment so engage a good lawyer to defend yourself. Driver must have been medically examined and hence his case becomes strong. So pursue your Case with a dedicated lawyer.

Hi The facts are not complete. Like, why the complaint and facts of incident. However, if the FIR has been registered, police will file chargesheet and court will summon you, thereafter a criminal trial will commence against you.

I guess your driver has lodged an FIR against you in the police. Alternatively, he could have also filed a complaint case in magistrates court against you. Police can arrest you in this case, so it is advisable to take anticipatory bail in this case.

S-325 of ipc is related with voluntarily causing hurt but you can take the benefit of provocation if any. S-341,342 are related to wrongful restraint n confinement. I'll be better help you out if you call me n show be the FIR.
