Q: How to file attempt to murder case and domestic violence on husband ?

Need to know the procedure to file complaint against husband for attempt to murder and domestic violence? what is the attempt to murder punishment in india ?

For attempt to murder you should file an FIR with the local police along with domestic violence charges. For Domestic Violence alone, you can make a complain to the magistrate. In case Police fails to register FIR, alternatively, magistrate can be appraoched for the same.

Q: Is chain pulling a crime ?

Good evening, One of my relatives has been arrested by RPF under section 141 of railways, for pulling the chain in a train. He has been imposed a fine of 1000 rs by the district court. He has been selected for govt. job, I want to ask you sir, will it create any problem for joining the job as the police verification will be done. Please reply. Thank you

Though your relative has been convicted of an offence of chain pulling, it does not involve a crime in the nature of moral turpitude or of any jail term. So, it wont create any problem in job verification process.

Q: Writ petition listed in Registrars court instead of main supreme ourt

I have filed criminal writ petition in supreme court. My case is listed in Registrar court instead of main court. Is it fair? Does the registrar has same powers and functions of supreme court?

You must have filed some applications along with your writ petition. For disposal of those cases first case has been listed in registrar court. After approval of registrar court, the case would be transferred to the main court.

Q: Regarding the Supreme Court judgment on SC ST Act

Supreme court ne st sc act me jo judgment diya tha uske against govt adhyadesh laa rhi he is adhyadesh ke againt appeal ho skti he?

President of India is free to bring in any Ordinance even to reverse any judgment of the court. If you feel that any ordinance is against the provisions of constitution you can approach the court again for declaring that ordinance unconstitutional.

Q: Procedure to file an appeal in supreme court

I had withdrawn my application of voluntary retirement three days before actual date. My application by court was declined. How strong is my case to fight for justice at Hon'SC

If you have withdrawn your application for VRS what else relief you want from the court. Kindly specify the relief that you are seeking for, so that we can guide you well whether your case is strong or not.
