Hi Sir, If a persons is not aware of crime happened and later knowing it and went to the spot how come the persons can include in a FIR without proper base evidence

hi you could file quash petition in court seeking to quash the court stating that it is based on all false allegations and that there is no evidence to substantate the same and whether the chargesheet had been filed in the case

hello if police suspected the person they can add anyone to FIR, if you feel it's false case against him .we can quash the FIR in the concerned High court basis upon the facts of the case .for further can contact a good criminal advocate.
