Case Disposed Questions please help

Sir, there is a case against me of a fake army. There were 5 people with me, out of which the case against 4 people has been closed. The case against me is still going on. The case was filed against me on 2 May 2022. The charge sheet will be filed on 19 June 2024. How will the case against me be closed? What should we do?

If 4 out of 5 are non chargesheeted or acquitted by Court, that needs to be checked. Moreover, if all of 5 are interlinked, then discharging 4 and leaving out 1 has to have some definite cause which needs to be looked upon. All documents need to be checked to figure out a way you can be free from all charges.

You can appeal against the Chargesheet before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta under section 482 Crpc. If the 'facts and circumstances' of the case are strong and are in your favour your case will be quashed.
