My friend was a lorry owner, his lorry driver
done mistake then owner was slap to driver and remove from job and told to return my advance amount after next day driver health was not he went to government hospital and admitted there when lorry knows that his driver health was not good he went to hospital and given help after two days Bidar government hospital doctors send him to osmaniya hospital hyderabad then after two days in that hospital driver was died now driver wife was booked case on lorry owner that my husband was died because of lorry owner and now lorry owner was in police custody , they release after 3 days now 3march2020 they call that lorry owner and booked under section 302, how to take bail and how many days it needs to get bail order
you have to engaged an advocate and file bail application in district and session court, the court if it rejects your bail application then you can approach high court, further without wasting time engage an advocate and file bail application under section 439 of crpc
