Case against my uncle shall I appear in court for proving evidence

Sir i am working with defence.befor joining me my uncal brutualy assulted on my mom with a bamboo on head and she get brutualy injured.we filed a case now case is going on.my name is not induldge in this case but i show it.problem is that my uncle puted my name for evidence.He know i will say against of them but he is thinking that i am leaving too far from my home so i will not com.what i should to do.Should i go there for evidence?And the will get punishmen after my evidence?
Yes you must appear before the court concerned to depose the real pic of the case is correct that you are far from court but one thing is clear if your name is in witness list you are bound to appear before the court else court will issur warrant against you hence you have to depose in court to say truth regarding the on going. inform your commanding officer about the incident take a letter from the commanding officer that on the date of incident you was on duty,your evidence doesn't matter as you were not present at the day of incident ,so you have not seen that your uncle has beaten your mom with bamboo stick ,however you can take a plea that your mom should be protected and your uncle should be punished .....

certainly you should go and appear....give the evidence it will be surely much help to your mom.....and on first hearing only request the judge for winding of the evidence on 2 date as it is not feasible and easy for you to come on every date.....becuase of your job and as you are living too far....

If you want to punish the person for his wrong doing then obviously you will have to give evidence and in absence of evidence you will not be able to make up your case therefore my suggestion would be to give evidence
