Car and truck accident and lost 4 family members

My brother was driving car and due to tire burst car went right side of the road and hit the truck.. we lost four family members and my brother was injured. police filed the case against my brother with sections 279,337,338,304a. we attended the court after summons and got bail. Now we already lost four family members . is there any way to get out of this case.

There's a way out... you can file for quashing of FIR in high court if chargesheet has been received... feel free to consult for further guidance if you need.... if FIR is quashed by high court your brother will be out of case

Dear Sir, It is a very symptomatic case to hear that four of your family members died in the Accident. There is no shortcut method but you may approach the Public Prosecutor and the Complainant and witnesses and request them to help you. Thus, all the witnesses may turn hostile and your brother may be acquitted within next 60 days. Insurance Company will pay compensation to the Truck Owner.

You’d have to contest the trial and get yourselves absolved, sir. At what stage is the trial at? You’d have to defend it legally and prove to the court why your brother can’t be held liable for the loss of lives.
