Cancellation of non bailable warrant before next hearing

Court had issued NBW against me for non apperance i gave application for cancellation of nbw but the judge is neither accepting my application not rejecting he is just saying he will look into the matter on next hearing only

In this case, you must give application in court for stay of nbw till next date. Also mention in application the reason of your absence on last date and mention that you will remain present on next date. Judge may consider your application for staying nbw till next date. If you do not remain present, then NBW will be issued aginst you

Well, if the concerned Judge has not been responding to you fairly on the Application filed by you since long, then, you can lodge a complaint against him in writing to the concerned Principal Judge of the Court.
