Can we file Defamation when 498A and DVC cases are in pending

To grab my self aquired property my elder son and his wife in collusion made false 498A complaint and even knowingly police registered case against me and other family members including my elder son as A1 and they forcely thrown me out and occupaid the house and even filed partition suite with forged documents. All cases are pending in court . can i challange and file defamation on them

Yes you file a defamation case on them and also if u proved forged documents then the case will be disposed and also if the property is self acquired property then you have full rights of your property .. approach to any advocate he will help you in defamation case and also we can file a quash case on 498a case ...approach to us we will help u and also u get ur property back

hi you could file quash petition against any FIR regisrered against you on the ground that it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to allegations mentioned in FIR asnd that they are based on all false allegations
