Can we file a forgery case without evidence

How can we file a case against a person who does document forgery by misguiding us ? nnOne of the account whom we trusted has misguided my whole family for his own benefits and nnHe has also done a new PAN Card for me by saying correction of it takes time , let’s cancel it get new one , nAnd later I realised having 2 PAN Cards is an offence but I can’t even register a complaint against him , because it comes to me only , so is there any way to punish him legally ?

yes it is possible to punish him legalt for froud and cheating case and forgety case also so you will try t o give the complaint to police station then you have to police not take the FIR registration you will soroch th e court and file a PC R casd snd take t he direction to FIR registration a nd trisl slso going on an DC finally he panished under law so do you need any further legal help contact me thak you

Dear Sir, You have to immediately lodge a complaint with Police or lodge private complaint before the Magistrate. During the course of investigation Police may dig into the matter and unearth all the realities and thus you may be saved. Please take all bonafide efforts immediately.
