Can my ex boyfriend wife file a case against me for false statement

I was in a 6-year relationship, but he left me due to caste issues and married another girl within 4 months. In desperation, I told him I was pregnant and had a miscarriage, hoping to stop the wedding. I later realized I wasn't actually pregnant and now feel ashamed. I'm afraid he might tell his wife, causing problems. Could this have legal consequences?"
Dear Madam,
You need not worry about your wrong statement. He must afraid of his deeds and must afraid of the consequences if you lodge complaint with Police since he destroyed the entire life by false promises. You may immediately lodge a complaint with Police for cheating and thus Police may arrest him. You must approach higher Police officers and to see that FIR is registered and he is arrested.
