Hello,mai 24yrs ki Hindu girl hu,mujhe ek married man se pyar ho gaya h uska divorce case avi supreme court m pending h agar mai uske sth rahna chahu to kya mere ghr wale koi police case mere ya uske upar kr sakte h kya.aur agar kr sakte h to ise kaise bhr nikalug e mai.pls koi suggestions diye.detail mai.
No staying with a married man before his divorce is risky and he can be tried under adultery if caught by any chances, please stay separate and do not inform anyone of the same any further, it is better let the man divorce himself then do whatever you want, your way.

So as per my opinion wait till he obtain divorce legally.Your family members cannot file a Police case as your an adult women.
