Anticipatory bail means, 'bail in anticipation of arrest'. no, anticipatory bail can only be filed where you apprehend that the police will arrest you after lodging and FIR.

regular bail application is filed once you have been arrested and are either in police custody.

No you cannot file an anticaptory bail since your regular bail application is pending disposal. Anticipatory bail application can be filed when their is an apprehension of arrest to get immediate release upon arrest. For further discussion you may connect

No you can’t file Anticipary bail if your bail is pending ! Either you need to withdraw your bail application or wait till any order is passed in it !

you have to be more specific about the case details. If this is a regular Bail in one matter then you cannot file anticipatory bail in the same case but if you are in jail in one matter you can always anticipatory bail in another matter while you are in jail
