Can i file A RCR against my wife and it is void and valid for me and it is helping me in taking divorce from my wife

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that the abbreviation which you have asked which I'm able to understand is section 9 ie restitution of conjugal rgts if you it's the same then you can't file section 13 or any help would be great in filing it for taking divorce so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

yes you can file RCR if your wife not living with you as your wife. it's helpful in divorce if your wife denied to live with you after RCR case decree. or its also helpful in the case of 498a. if your wife filed against you.
