Can I challenge CRPC 188 Section 418 and 420.

Hello, Have an outstanding loan with a bank from the UAE since 5 years now. The bank in question has approached the local police station where I reside and threatened me with CRPC 188 and IPC Section 418 and 420. - Who is the competent authority for approval of sanction prior to police investigation? - How long does this CRPC 188 process take? - How do I challenge the sanction? Please advise specifically.
Hi police can't arrest you only intimation can be given to attend the police station and answer the quries. What ever fraud or cheating you had done is in UAE. THEY can only file case in uae than execute in india.
