Can i apply for a government job if cases are pending on me

Sir,I got filed with ipc 323&341 during my UG days and got compromised before lokadalath (court),I got selected for govt job in agriculture department ,Iam I eligible for it,If so what should I produce along with attestation form? Kindly help me sir it is urgent.
You need to obtain police verification certificate from local police station. Along with your offer letter they will supply a set of forms. Police verification Certificate is one of the form. If police record shows your name in criminal records, then show this Lokadalat settlement and get it cleared from records.
